If you have a child who is coming into year 10 and has chosen art or design for GCSE, then this weekly class could really help them.

Due to the classes being small, we can focus on individual portfolios.

These sessions are aimed at them building confidence to explore and experiment, help them build out a bountiful and playful sketch book that examiners love.

We then will deepen technical knowledge and explore different mediums to truly find your visual language.

We can look at concepts and ideas and flesh out how all your styles and ideas tie together to create a cohesive story.

I have done a few of these now and they prove to be very useful for the child and really helps them to go forward with their GCSE, with a plan and portfolio they feel proud of.

Learn the principles and techniques of ceramics

Does your child like painting and being outside?

This Painting Easter workshop, will see us learn how to paint outside. Using 'Spring' as our backdrop, I will teach children how to look at their environment and slow down.

This is a skill that will not only calm their nervous system, but will also teach them skills like perspective, bokeh and depth of field, colour & light and artist movements like Impressionism.

Breath in and enjoy nature, whilst expressing yourself creatively.

****Stop Frame Animation workshop**** now live!!!

Come and make your favourite character or a made up one, out of plastercine and animate to bring it to life.

This is a day workshop which will see children, learn the skills to make an armature (essentially a skeleton), cover it in plastercine and make different facial expressions.

The children will learn to move the character in a way that brings it to life.

They will leave with a character and a short film.
